Desktop Speed Test – Week 38 Summary Table
The winner this week is GoDaddy with a time of 1.43s. This time is a fair way behind the London record of 0.92s set by DreamHost in Week 30.
On our last visit to London with CloudFlare & W3 Total Cache setup (in Week 34), the average page load time for our 8 hosts was 1.77s. This week with CloudFlare & WP Super Cache, the average load time is slightly slower at 1.88s.
This is the final week of our Speed Study on CloudFlare & WP Super Cache and the contest between WP Super Cache and W3 Total Cache (when paired with CloudFlare) has been very close. I will package up the results to find out who came out on top?
Next week we are off to Sydney where the record load time is 1.03s, set by Bluehost. Will we get anywhere near this?
