Speed Test – Week 107 Summary Table

The fastest host this week is GoDaddy with a time of 2.32s, which is a long way off the all time Sydney record of 1.02s, which was set by Namecheap in Week 71.

On our last visit to Sydney (with Simple Cache on board in Week 104), the average load time for our 8 hosts was 2.72s. This week with Cache Enabler, the average load time was slightly slower at 2.78s.

This is the third and final week of the Cache Enabler Speed Study, with Simple Cache proving to be ever so slightly faster than Cache Enabler.

Next week we’ll switch up our caching plugin to Hyper Cache, I wonder whether it will be faster than Simple Cache?
