Our hosts have recorded a very impressive uptime performance this week, with 7 hosts achieving the ultimate goal of 100% Uptime (7 hosts also achieved 100% in Week 122):

This week’s best performer in North America is Lightning Base, with a perfect uptime and the fastest average response time of 179ms.
The last time we tested from North America (with WP Fastest Cache setup in Week 120), the average response time across our 8 hosts was 215ms, while this week with Simple Cache on board, it is noticeably slower at 323ms.
This is the first week of our Simple Cache Speed Study and the early signs are pointing to WP Fastest Cache being quicker than Simple Cache, when it comes to Response Times.
For the next week, I will change up our test location to Latin America. I wonder whether Simple Cache will be able to improve or will WP Fastest Cache continue to outperform?
