The winner this week is Lightning Base with a time of 0.85s, which is just behind the all time Dallas record of 0.79s, that was also set by Lightning Base in Week 69.
On our last visit to Dallas with KeyCDN, Cloudflare & W3 Total Cache setup (in Week 72), the average load time for our 8 hosts was 0.88s. This week with W3 Total Cache being subbed out for WP Super Cache, the average load time has slightly slowed to 1.02s.
This is the first week of our KeyCDN, Cloudflare & WP Super Cache Speed Study, and the early signs are pointing to W3 Total Cache outperforming WP Super Cache.
