Speed Test – Week 110 Summary Table
The fastest host this week is InMotion Hosting with a time of 2.34s, which is a long way off the all time Sydney record of 1.02s, which was set by HostGator in Week 71.
On our last visit to Sydney (with Cache Enabler on board in Week 107), the average load time for our 8 hosts was 2.78s. This week with Hyper Cache, the average load time was noticeably slower at 3.04s.
This is the third and final week of the Hyper Cache Speed Study, and Cache Enabler has proved to be much faster than Hyper Cache across our 3 testing locations.
Next week we’ll switch up our caching plugin to Comet Cache, will it prove to be the Caching King?
